Online Entry Form

To qualify for free entry this year, please complete the Intention to Enter form

Please review this checklist before completing your submissions using the online form below:

• Please ensure you have used the Entry Form Template as the starting point for each of your entries.
• Please make sure you have followed the How to Enter guidelines and that you have read the Rules of Entry.
• Each entry file must be topped with the category entered and the name of the entrant / entry.
• Each entry file must be a maximum of 4 x A4 pages in length, the total file size for each must not exceed 5Mb and the two files only per individual entry may be submitted. If your file size exceeds 4 x A4 pages and/or 5Mb, then your entry will be disqualified. If you submit more than the two documents stipulated, you will be disqualified.
• It is important to ensure that your two PDF entry files are complete, checked and contain all the required information - answers to the listed entry criteria adhering to the specified word count in the first PDF file, and the full support material in the second PDF file - before you begin the online submission process.
• Duplicate entries or entries with more than the specified two files will not be accepted and will be deleted.

IMPORTANT:  YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO UPLOAD TWO FILES PER ENTRY.  IF YOU ATTEMPT TO UPLOAD MORE THAN TWO FILES FOR AN ENTRY, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SUBMIT AND YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. 

Once you have pressed "Add file" and selected your entry document, please allow time for your Entry Document to upload to the site - this may take some minutes depending on the size of your document (less than 5MB only). Once your entry has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with your entry details.
